Agreement to Terms
By using this website or requesting roof replacement services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit enquiries.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Service Description
We are not a roofing contractor. Work is completed by independent local roofers in and around Glendale, CA. We review your request and arrange for a suitable roofer to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not perform roof replacement work directly. We coordinate introductions between property owners and independent roofers who hold their own State Roofing Contractor License and insurance.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate property information and contact details when submitting an enquiry. You are responsible for verifying any roofer's credentials, insurance, and licensing before agreeing to work.
You enter into a separate contract directly with the roofer. We are not party to that agreement and have no control over pricing, scheduling, or work quality.
No Service Guarantee
We make no guarantees about roofer availability, response time, pricing, or work quality. We do not warrant that any roofer will accept your project or complete work to your satisfaction.
All warranties on materials and workmanship are provided directly by the roofer and manufacturer. We are not responsible for defects, delays, or disputes arising from the roofing work.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or other harm resulting from work performed by independent roofers. Our liability is limited to the referral coordination service only.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for coordination services, if any.
Referral Fees
We may receive referral fees or other compensation from roofers when projects are completed. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms of your contract with the roofer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
